Nutrients NOT Calories

This is HUGE! I eat about every 3 hours throughout the day – that is a lot, but what I am eating is healthy and it fuels my body. If you eat too few calories, your body is not functioning properly and you are not burning the right fats to lose weight!

What’s your weakness??

I always talk about the healthy stuff here. Let’s switch it up and talk about things I like to eat but don’t really talk about here because I’m supposed to be a “fitness coach” and all. I almost literally cannot pass one of these items...

I CAN DO THIS

You may not always want to, but you can do it and you will be so much happier that you did! It has been a stressful week so it has been a struggle for me to get up, but I am always glad that I did when I am finished.
