What’s your weakness??

16416_322531827938664_5710180255605568167_nI always talk about the healthy stuff here. Let’s switch it up and talk about things I like to eat but don’t really talk about here because I’m supposed to be a “fitness coach” and all.
I almost literally cannot pass one of these items without taking a bite or sip…
1. Pizza. OMG any pizza. Carbs, cheese, sauce… The works! My favorite comfort food of all time!
2. Those gosh darn peppermint mochas at Starbucks right now. I think I can literally smell one every time I drive by a Starbucks. That minty chocolate muse that I just can’t shake!

3) Y’all!! Have you tried these brookside dark chocolate covered pomegranate things!? Well, don’t because you can’t eat just one.
4) Wine Yup my all time favorite Red Wine there just isn’t anything quite like a Glass of Wine at the end of a long day

Now that’s out of the bag… I’ll talk about how I can satisfy these cravings by taking the healthy alternative…
1) make mini califlower pizzas! Or sometimes I’ll order a personal-size gluten free crust pizza with no cheese… Just sauce and loads of veggies. I know it’s not as fun but at least it’s still pizza!
2) shakeology. Or if I need something hot, I will mix some almond milk and dark cocoa together, heat it up and add a dab of mint extract.
3) chocolate shakeology made w/frozen cherries for this too. Or try REALLY hard to eat just one haha!
4) WINE this is a tough one because let’s be real… Is there ANYTHING that can replace a good glass of wine at the end of a long day? Umm, no. Good thing a small glass is 21day fix approved PORTION CONTROL right…
