
Tangy Brussels Sprout Apple Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups brussels sprouts
- 1 medium apple
- 2 tablespoons evoo
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 medium lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- salt & pepper taste
Instructions
- Combine EVOO, lemon juice, raw honey, dijon mustard to create the tangy salad dressing.
- Pour over shredded brussels sprouts & apple combination.
- Toss all above ingredients together and refrigerate approx. 1 hr.
