Ingredients
 

  • 3 cups brussels sprouts
  • 1 medium apple
  • 2 tablespoons evoo
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 medium lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt & pepper taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine EVOO, lemon juice, raw honey, dijon mustard to create the tangy salad dressing.
  • Pour over shredded brussels sprouts & apple combination.
  • Toss all above ingredients together and refrigerate approx. 1 hr.
