Shredded chicken breasts cooked in the crockpot paired with sautéed peppers and onions with refried black beans.

Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 14 oz chicken broth
- 5 medium black pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 oz Black Beans
Instructions
- Put the chicken and broth in a crockpot. Cook on low for 5-7 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Remove the chicken from crockpot when finished cooking and shred. Add salsa and mix. Season to taste.
- Cut onion and peppers into strips. Sauté in oil until soft.
- Cook Black Beans till warmed through
