Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
 

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 14 oz chicken broth
  • 5 medium black pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 oz Black Beans

Instructions
 

  • Put the chicken and broth in a crockpot. Cook on low for 5-7 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • Remove the chicken from crockpot when finished cooking and shred. Add salsa and mix. Season to taste. ⁣
  • Cut onion and peppers into strips. Sauté in oil until soft. ⁣
  • Cook Black Beans till warmed through
