
Cinnamon Almonds

Ingredients
- Parchment paper
- 1 egg whites 2 Tbsp.
- 2 Tbsp. honey or pure maple syrup
- 2 cups almonds
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. sea salt or Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250° F.
- Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Combine egg white and honey in a medium bowl; whisk until frothy.
- Fold in almonds; gently mix until covered.
- Place almonds on prepared baking sheet using a slotted spoon so that excess egg white mixture is removed from almonds.
- Spread almonds evenly on baking sheet.
- Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and salt.
- Bake for 60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.
- Let cool completely
