
Loaded Chicken Salad on Mixed Greens

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts cooked and diced
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1 cup red onion finely diced
- ½ cup pecans chopped cup chopped
- ½ teaspoon sea salt plus more to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- ½ teaspoon black pepper fresh cracked
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- ½ cup dried cranberries dried
- ¼ cup dill chopped
- 7 cups mixed greens
- 2 cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1.5 cup broccoli finely diced
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Serve immediately on top of bed of mixed greens, diced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes
