Ingredients
 

  • 1 lb chicken breasts cooked and diced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup red onion finely diced
  • ½ cup pecans chopped cup chopped
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt plus more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper fresh cracked
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ½ cup dried cranberries dried
  • ¼ cup dill chopped
  • 7 cups mixed greens
  • 2 cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1.5 cup broccoli finely diced

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  • Serve immediately on top of bed of mixed greens, diced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes
