Ingredients
- 1 tomatoes medium coarsely chopped
- 1 green medium or red or yellow bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 mango medium peeled, cut into ¾-inch cubes
- 1 onion medium coarsely chopped
- 3 cilantro fresh finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice fresh
- 1 avocado medium cut into ¾-inch cubes
Instructions
- Combine tomato, bell pepper, mango, onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a medium bowl; mix well.
- Gently fold in avocado.
- Serve immediately.
