Ingredients
 

  • 1 tomatoes medium coarsely chopped
  • 1 green medium or red or yellow bell pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1 mango medium peeled, cut into ¾-inch cubes
  • 1 onion medium coarsely chopped
  • 3 cilantro fresh finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice fresh
  • 1 avocado medium cut into ¾-inch cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine tomato, bell pepper, mango, onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a medium bowl; mix well.
  • Gently fold in avocado.
  • Serve immediately.
