
Egg White Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp green bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 3 egg whites
- 1 whole wheat tortillas 8 inch
- 1 slice turkey bacon chopped
- black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. salsa
Instructions
- Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add bell peppers and onion; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes or until soft.
- Add eggs; cook, over medium heat, stirring
- frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes, or until eggs
- are set.
- Top tortilla with egg mixture, turkey bacon,
- and pepper (if desired).
- Roll tortilla burrito-style.
- Serve with salsa.

UPF: 1/2 Green, 1 Yellow, 1 Red, 1 tsp
