Ingredients
 

  • Parchment paper
  • 1 egg whites 2 Tbsp.
  • 2 Tbsp. honey or pure maple syrup
  • 2 cups almonds
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt or Himalayan salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250° F.
  • Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Combine egg white and honey in a medium bowl; whisk until frothy.
  • Fold in almonds; gently mix until covered.
  • Place almonds on prepared baking sheet using a slotted spoon so that excess egg white mixture is removed from almonds.
  • Spread almonds evenly on baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and salt.
  • Bake for 60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.
  • Let cool completely
