  • 1 protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp. rolled oats
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. raisins

  • Place almond milk, Shakeology, oats, cinnamon, raisins, and ice in blender; cover.
  • Blend until smooth.
