
Cranberry Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat granola
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup walnuts chopped
- 1 scoop protein powder plant
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Combine granola, oats, flour, protein powder and cinnamon in a large bowl; mix well. Set aside.
- Combine egg, applesauce, and honey in a medium bowl; mix well.
- Add oat mixture to egg mixture; mix until just blended.
- Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
- Spread mixture into 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until firm.
- Cut into 18 bars.
