Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine granola, oats, flour, protein powder and cinnamon in a large bowl; mix well. Set aside.
Combine egg, applesauce, and honey in a medium bowl; mix well.
Add oat mixture to egg mixture; mix until just blended.
Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
Spread mixture into 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until firm.
Cut into 18 bars.
