
MEDITERRANEAN GREEK CHICKEN BURGERS

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
- 1.2 tablespoons garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
- 6 oz feta cheese
- 1.5 cups spinach
- salt & pepper
- 6 cups spinach
- 3 medium cucumber
- 2 cups tomatoes
- 6 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1/2 medium onion
- 6 whole wheat pita
- 1.5 cups cauliflower rice
Instructions
- Get Grill to Temp
- Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix together thoroughly. Scoop out 4 oz of meat, roll and flatten patty form
- Grill approx 3-4 minutes, until edges are brown and seared, then flip patty over. Cook for additional approx 10 minutes till internal temp is 165 degrees F. You can also bake them on a baking sheet if you prefer to not grill.
- While burgers are cooking, toss spinach, cucumber, red onion, sliced tomatos to make a yummy salad for your burger base.
- Serve with a YUMMY side of Tetziki Sauce and ENJOY
