Ingredients
1.5lbschicken breasts
1.2tablespoonsgarlic
1teaspooncumin
2tsporegano
1/2cupkalamata olives
6ozfeta cheese
1.5cupsspinach
salt & pepper
6cupsspinach
3mediumcucumber
2 cupstomatoes
6 tbspgreek yogurt
1/2mediumonion
6whole wheat pita
1.5cupscauliflower rice
Instructions
Get Grill to Temp
Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix together thoroughly. Scoop out 4 oz of meat, roll and flatten patty form
Grill approx 3-4 minutes, until edges are brown and seared, then flip patty over. Cook for additional approx 10 minutes till internal temp is 165 degrees F. You can also bake them on a baking sheet if you prefer to not grill.
While burgers are cooking, toss spinach, cucumber, red onion, sliced tomatos to make a yummy salad for your burger base.
Serve with a YUMMY side of Tetziki Sauce and ENJOY
