- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 cup carrots shredded or cut into chunks
- ½ cup pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. walnuts chopped
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
- Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, carrot, pineapple, walnuts, and cinnamon in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
