  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup carrot⁣⁣s shredded or cut into chunks
  • ½ cup pineapple ⁣⁣⁣
  • 1 Tbsp. walnuts chopped
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, carrot, pineapple, walnuts, and cinnamon in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
