What is PiYo?

PiYo is awesome! It’s a really great workout that features functional fitness that burns calories and makes you strong.  Some people say it’s like fast paced yoga, but I really think it is more unique than that.  Some of the moves will remind you of yoga for sure, but some of them are completely unique.  Monica and I are loving this workout so far.  It’s power, balance, movement and flexibility, and…a lot of pushups.  And in the month of July, it’s on an insane sale.  First, watch this
