  • 1 small beet small peeled and cut into small chunks
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
  • Adjust the seasoning as needed and serve over fresh vegetables.
