Ingredients
- 1 small beet small peeled and cut into small chunks
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Adjust the seasoning as needed and serve over fresh vegetables.
