Velocity Fit 50/50

50/50 is a Simple but effective combination of classic weight training  & endurance circuits intended to Build Muscle, Torch Fat and Help you Feel Strong

Rotational Format:

Endurance Weeks are Full Body circuit workouts focused on higher rep counts to develop endurance, balance and stamina. 

Build Weeks are Super Set workouts meant to Lift Heavier with lower reps using  time under tension to build muscles and definition.

The combination of our 50/50 is intended to Helping you build lean muscle mass and reducing body fat helping you feel stronger physically and mentally! 

No matter where you’re starting; these workouts can be modified to meet you where you are today and grow with you as you get stronger l! 

Single Sessions

Single Sessions Ideal for Individuals that have an unpredictable scheadule.

$8 Single Session Classes are intended for Purchase and Immediate Use

$100 is Charged Monthly which is charged each month with a 14 day cancellation notice

Membership is Inclusive of Bootcamp & Yoga Classes

10 Class Pass

$80 for 10 Classes can be used for Bootcamp or Yoga
