MAKES 8 SERVINGS

Ingredients
• 1 C gluten free breadcrumbs (optional ground hemp hearts)
• 4 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 Tbsp Marinara Sauce Seasoning Mix
• Sea Salt if desired
• Black Pepper if desired
• 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 3 1/2 C Low Sugar Marinara Sauce (Optional
Recipe below)
• 3 C grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation
• Cover the bottom of a crockpot with the 1⁄2 C of Marinara Sauce.
• In a shallow bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Marinara Sauce Seasoning Mix and
Salt and Pepper, if desired.
• Dip each chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture, patting to coat thoroughly on both sides.
• Place the chicken pieces in the bottom the crockpot.
• Cover with the rest of the Marinara Sauce, layer mozzarella cheese on top.
• Close lid and cook 6 hours on low, or 3 hours on high, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve
hot.
Marinara Sauce Ingredients
• 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
• 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
• 4 Tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
Preparation
• Combine all ingredients in pan and Simmer for 15 – 20 minutes
