Sweet Potato Brussel Hash

Yummy Simple Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner 

Ingredients

  • 10 Brussel Sprouts Shredded
  • 1/2 Sweet Potato Shredded
  • 2 cups Spinach 
  • 1/2 cup Onion 
  • 1 Tbsp Kerry Gold Butter

Preparation

  1. Add Tbsp Butter to Hot Frying Pan
  2. Add Shredded (optional diced) Sweet Potato to the pan cook pprox. 5 minutes till tender
  3. Add Brussel Sprouts & Onions Approx. 2 Minutes 
  4. Add Spinach to wilt it down
  5. Continue to cook in the skillet until you start to see veggies brown and get a Golden appearance like normal hash
