Yummy Simple Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner
Ingredients
- 10 Brussel Sprouts Shredded
- 1/2 Sweet Potato Shredded
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1/2 cup Onion
- 1 Tbsp Kerry Gold Butter

Preparation
- Add Tbsp Butter to Hot Frying Pan
- Add Shredded (optional diced) Sweet Potato to the pan cook pprox. 5 minutes till tender
- Add Brussel Sprouts & Onions Approx. 2 Minutes
- Add Spinach to wilt it down
- Continue to cook in the skillet until you start to see veggies brown and get a Golden appearance like normal hash
BONUS add a Fried Egg to the top for a little added Protein and DEVOUR It!!
