INGREDIENTS

- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- ¼ cup fresh parmesan
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- Epicure creamy ranch dip seasoning
- 1/4 tsp oil in a spritzer
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine egg & dijon mustard mixture for your drench
- Combine almond flour, parmesan cheese & epicure creamy ranch dip seasoning for your dry mix (salt and pepper to taste)
- Dump mushroom in wet drench mixture container top with lid and shake vigorously coating all mushrooms
- Take mushrooms from wet drench and place them a few at a time into the dry mixture and shake vigorously to coat, repeat until all mushrooms are coated.
- Lightly spritz the bottom of the air fryer with oil.
- Lay the mushrooms out in a single layer in your air fryer.
- Spritz the mushrooms lightly.
- Set your air fryer to 400 degrees F and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
