Ingredients:

- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 2 cups Riced Cauliflower (lightly cooked not soft)
- 2 Egg Whites (1 whole egg)
- 1 pkg Taco Seasoning (Pkg of 3)
- 1 tsp (5 ml) oil
- 6 whole-wheat buns (Optional Lettuce Wraps)
- Topping suggestions (optional): Epicure Guacamole, Epicure Salsa, grated cheese, sliced tomato, shredded lettuce, zucchini ribbons, sliced radish, pickled red onion rings, pickled jalapeños, lime wedges
Directions:
Combine Ground Turkey, Riced Cauliflower, 2 Egg Whites & Taco Seasoning (add a little salt & pepper) Separate into ¼ lb burgers. Cooking Options: Oven 375 20 minutes, Air Fryer 375 approx. 10 minute, Stove Top on Frying Pan approx.. 3 minutes each side.
Air Fryer Turnip Nacho Cheese Fries (Optional Sweet Potato)
Servings 4
3 Medium Turnips
Peal Turnips, Cut into Steak Fry size, Place in Lg Zip Lock Bag with 1 tbsp of EVOO shake to coat Turnip Fries, Add 2 tbsp Nacho Cheese Seasoning seal and Shake again to coat Fries with Seasoning. Place in Air Fryer on 400 for 20 minutes. (Conventional Stove directions 400 for 30 Minutes or until Crisp)
