Perfect for Game Time Snack or even Dinner this Veggie & Protein Loaded Meal will Fill Your Tummy and Leave you Satisfied!
The Perfect Guilty Pleasure without the Guilt!!!

2 Medium Sweet Potatoes
1 Lb Ground Turkey/Beef/Chicken (your choice)
18 oz Diced Tomatos
1 can Black Beans
3 Cups Broccoli
1/2 Lg Onion
1 Packet of Cha Cha Chili Seasoning Mix
Directions:
Dice and Brown 1/2 Onion in Pot, Add very finely chopped Broccoli let cook down approx. 3 minutes. Next add 1 lb of ground meat until browned. Add Diced Tomatoes, Black Beans and Cha Cha Chili Seasoning stir all ingredients together and cover to simmer for 15 minutes.
While Chili is Simmering Cut Sweet Potatoes into Thick Fries place in zip lock bag and lightly coat with EVOO. Place Sweet Potato Fries into Oven or Air Fryer 400 degrees for approx 20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
Layer 1/4 of Fries onto a baking sheet with 3/4 cup of chili and top with 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese. Place back into Oven letting cheese melt and Serve!!!
