Crockpot Honey Pork and Apples

Serves: 6

21 Day Fix: Per Serving 1 ½ Red, ¼ Purple

Ingredients

  • 1 (3-4 lbs.) pork tenderloin
  • 2 large granny smith apples. sliced
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp. cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Slice slits in pork tenderloin.
  2. Place 1-2 apple slices per slit.
  3. Place ¾ of remaining apple slices in bottom of crockpot.
  1. Drizzle ½ of the honey over apple slices.
  1. Place pork on top of apple slices.
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon over everything.
  3. Place remaining apple slices on top and drizzle the remaining honey over everything.
  1. Place lid on and cook on low for 8 hours.
  2. Remove from slow cooker, slice and serve with apples on top.
