It’s amazing how we so typically do the opposite of what we should when it comes to our nutrition and daily food intake.
How often do you Skip Breakfast, Barley Eat Lunch and Bing at Dinner, Not to mention skipping Healthy Snacks???
I’ve been there and I am actually so happy i learned this simple lesson:
Breakfast like a KING, Lunch like a Queen, Dinner like a Pauper
By eating a larger breakfast balanced with healthy fat, protein, and your first servings of fruit or veggies you fuel your body in prep for the day. Small Healthy Snacks between meals insure that you never get into a mode of Desperate Hunger where you find yourself eating out of desperation vs. necessity. A healthy lunch not only tides you over but gives you those additional vitamins that KICK Start your afternoon and give you the Power you need to get the most of your day. Winding down with a small dinner will leave you fueled but not flu and ready for a restful night of sleep…..
