Woah! What a morning! Trying to get to all these messages about the 21 day challenge and the 3-day refresh! You guys are awesome and I’m overwhelmed by the enthusiasm of everyone wanting to start a new FIT and HEALTHY lifestyle! So so awesome! So, speaking of challenge groups… A fun little game I like to play with my challengers is water tag. This is something I need to work on as well. Staying hydrated is SO important. Water helps us lose weight, keeps our skin healthy, fights infection, gets rid of body toxins, gives us a healthy heart, prevents joint pains and arthritis, boosts energy, prevents constipation, reduces risk of cancer, improves productivity (AND SO MUCH MORE!) So, I like to hold my challengers accountable to their h2O intake by throwing them a tag. Let’s play a game!
