Orange-Recovery-SmoothieIngredients
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup water or coconut water to blend
  • 2 whole oranges, peeled and halved
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla Shakeology
  • 1 cup ice

 

 

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Press the SMOOTHIE button.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to VARIABLE, speed #10, then to HIGH. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
