Avocado Chicken Salad (Sandwich)
– 1/2 Avocado
– 1 TBSP Lime Juice
– 3- 4 Finley Sliced Red Grapes
– Seasonings (I used Cilantro, Mrs. Dash Original, and Garlic Powder)
– 2 Romain Lettuce Leafs
Cut up your chicken into little pieces and cook it on a skillet.
Mash up 1/2 of an avocado in a bowl with your desired seasonings & Lime Juice.
Dump Chicken & Red Grape Slices In.
Mix.
1 Protein, 1/2 Healthy Fat, 1/2 Fruit, 1/2 Veggie
