
Spiced Pumpkin Protein Donut

Ingredients
- 1 C Almond Flour
- 1 protein powder vanilla
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/2 C pure pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce or an extra 1-2 Tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1 Tbsp stevia
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 6-donut pan with low-cal cooking spray.
- Mix all donut ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. (Depending on the consistency of your protein powder, you may not need the additional apple sauce or pumpkin. If your donut batter is too thick, add as needed.)
- Spoon the donut batter into the donut pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
Yields 12 Mini Donuts (4 Servings 3 Mini Donuts each)
