
Curry Chicken Salad Cups

Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken breasts
- 2 celery sliced
- 1/2 cup onion
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise fat-free
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 lettuce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery & onion. In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry, honey and cinnamon; pour over chicken mixture and toss to coat. Serve on lettuce leaves.
