Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini peeled and chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped, seeded and cut into pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomato
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahnin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor blender. Blend until Smooth. Place in a bowl and refrigerate to chill but can be served immediately.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days in a sealed container!
