Sun Dried Tomato Red Pepper NO BEAN Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini peeled and chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped, seeded and cut into pieces
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomato
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahnin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor blender. Blend until Smooth. Place in a bowl and refrigerate to chill but can be served immediately.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days in a sealed container!
