Ingredients:
3 Cups Cauliflower
2 tbsp coconut or greek yogurt
(You can use mayo vs yogurt if your cool w the fat content)
1 tbsp vinegar (white/apple cinder)
2 tbsp dill pickle relish
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp celery salt
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 cup onion
1 cups celery
Optional: Garlic Salt, Fresh Dill, Green Onions
Instructions:
Steam Cauliflower till fork tender (but watch that Shit you don’t want it too cooked) Rinse in ice cold water drain and you’re ready to add the remaining ingredients.
