Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

MAKES: 4 SERVINGS

Dinner or Lunch from raw to ready in 20 minutes or less!

Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef, chicken, pork, or soy
1 Tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
1 Tbsp low sodium or gluten-free soy sauce
1 C homemade or store-bought coleslaw
1/2 C Sesame Ginger Dressing (recipe below)
8 leaves butter or iceberg lettuce

Stovetop Preparation:
1. Cook protein of choice, seasoning, and soy sauce in a lightly oiled Fry Pan over medium-high heat for approx 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, combine coleslaw and dressing
-3.To serve, spoon beef into lettuce leaf, top with slaw, and garnish with cilantro, if desired. Wrap and enjoy.

Sesame Ginger Slaw 

MAKES: 1 C
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
3 Tbsp soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
1/3 C oil
1/2 C rice vinegar

Preparation
In a Cruet, measure all ingredients. Shake well. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
