AIR FRYER KETO FRIED MUSHROOMS

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine egg & dijon mustard mixture for your drench
  2. Combine almond flour, parmesan cheese & epicure creamy ranch dip seasoning for your dry mix (salt and pepper to taste)
  3. Dump mushroom in wet drench mixture container top with lid and shake vigorously coating all mushrooms 
  4. Take mushrooms from wet drench and place them a few at a time into the dry mixture and shake vigorously to coat, repeat until all mushrooms are coated. 
  5. Lightly spritz the bottom of the air fryer with oil. 
  6. Lay the mushrooms out in a single layer in your air fryer. 
  7. Spritz the mushrooms lightly. 
  8. Set your air fryer to 400 degrees F and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
