Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti Squash
- 2 Cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 medium spaghetti squash, halved (about 3 lbs.)
- 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Cup onions
- 1/3 Cup Franks Buffalo Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS: Roast squash Combine spaghetti squash shreds, cooked chicken, celery, onions, Greek Yogurt, cheese and Buffalo sauce in a large bowl. Toss well to coat. Spoon squash mixture into the squash shells. Or into a baking dish and return back to the baking sheet and place in 350°F oven for 10 minutes or until heated through.
