Important INFO about the Hammer and Chisel Program:
1—6 day program with 30-40 min workouts—
(It’s 6 days but you may want to adjust your rest day – the first rest day is the 4th day in so if you begin on a Monday your rest day will always be a Thursday. TIP: Began on Thursday so your rest day will fall on a Sunday instead)
2–Nutrition is based on the 21 Day Fix Extreme Meal Plan…..with 3 options of different routes to take. You decide what PATH.
3–Equipment Recommended–Dumbbells, workout bench OR stability ball, chin-up bar OR resistance band with door attachment (not included in base kit). ***I used a chair, an ottman and a regular stepping stool. You can also use a resistant band for pull ups attached to a banister or something higher up***
