I LOVE Dark Chocolate, and we always hear that dark chocolate (in small quantities) is good for us..
Do you know WHY it’s good for you? Let me give you the 411!!
1) Dark choc is good for your heart heart emoticon, it help w/ blood flow and helps prevent blod clots. 
2) Lots of vitamins/minerals – Magnesium which helps prevent Type 2 Diabetes, HBP & heart disease as well as copper and potassium that help avoid stroke!
3) Antioxidants – who doesn’t want help fighting off cancer?!
