Running is my ME Time and I have to tell you that for a while it was a battle with finding the time and balance!! I did not want to take time away from my family, but I also wanted to do something for myself, so for me, I found that early morning workouts/runs when the rest of my family is asleep is what is best for me! It was hard to get up every morning at first, but I made a commitment to myself to do it for 2 weeks and that was over a year and a half ago now! You have to find what works best for you and your family and roll with it!! YOU DESERVE THAT TIME!!
