Tasty and sweet breakfast treat that will start your day off right!

Servings Prep Time 1 Shake 5 Minutes
Ingredients
1 scoop Shakeology or protein powder – strawberry or vanilla- 1 Purple container container of mixed fruit of your choosing – I prefer strawberries, mango, and pineapple
- 1 Yellow container cooked oatmeal – or 1/2 container uncooked oatmeal for more texture
- 1 Green container baby spinach
- 1 Orange container ground flax – or shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 Blue – container avacado – optional
- 1-2 cups water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender with 1 – 2 cup of water and blend until smooth. Add more water for thinner consistency, less for a thicker shake.
- Enjoy!
