21 Day Fix Recipes – Rainbow Breakfast Shake
Tasty and sweet breakfast treat that will start your day off right!

  • Servings Prep Time
    Shake Minutes
 Ingredients
  • Breakfast-Shake-199x1991 scoop Shakeology or protein powder – strawberry or vanilla
  • 1 Purple container container of mixed fruit of your choosing – I prefer strawberries, mango, and pineapple
  • 1 Yellow container cooked oatmeal – or 1/2 container uncooked oatmeal for more texture
  • 1 Green container baby spinach
  • 1 Orange container ground flax – or shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 Blue – container avacado – optional
  • 1-2 cups water

Instructions

      1. Add all ingredients into a blender with 1 – 2 cup of water and blend until smooth. Add more water for thinner consistency, less for a thicker shake.
  1. Enjoy!
