So I tell people all the time that YOGA changed my Type A Life…. While I am not overly focused on the spiritual piece of meditation, it gave me a better ability to respond vs react to situations, reduce my level of anxiety, and increased my level of patience with others….Being an example to our children is the best way for them to Learn & See the positive effects of Yoga & Meditation in everyday situations. Our children live in a world of increased stress and anxieties that we couldn’t have imagined in generations past. If we could just share that message and show our children the basic benefits of Meditation I believe we would be bettering our children for generations to come.
