Well this “Ditch The Scale Girl” had one this morning. It has been a two months since my last step on the scale and it hasn’t been easy but this morning. Your brain is the most powerful tool in your Fitness Journey – So use it! it was
TORTURE, for some reason. No I didn’t weigh myself but It put me into such a spiral that I missed my 5:30 workout and make every excuse for doing so.
Then I saw this Pic and it reminded me to : STOP Bitching STOP Complaining STOP letting the scale do what it has done for too long!
