Sauce in medium bowl whisk honey, sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil together until smooth.
Cook 1 cup quinoa per package instructions
Preheat oven to 425F. Place broccoli on cooking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
While broccoli is roasting Cook ground turkey on stovetop in pan until cooked through completely.
Combine cooked ground turkey & broccoli and drizzle with 2 teaspoons sesame oil, season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste
Add the ground turkey, broccoli combination and toss in sauce to coat.
Serve over 1/4 cup cooked quinoa, top with scallions and sesame seeds.
