1/2 tsp chili powder with 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Then add about 1/4 c. of Panko (NO EGG!) and riced cauliflower, mixed it all together, and formed them into patties. Refrigerated for about 2 hours prior to dinner. It allowed all the garlic and onion to release into the meat.
Cook on Grill or Skillet and Serve

Steam Cauliflower till fork tender (but watch that Shit you don’t want it too cooked) Rinse in ice cold water drain and you're ready to add all the remaining ingredients.Once mixed chill for approx 1 hr this one gets better over time so the 2nd day the flavor is amazing
