  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp. pure caramel extract
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup ice
  • .50 cup cauliflower rice

Instructions
 

  • Place almond milk, Shakeology, extract, applesauce, and ice in blender; cover.
  • Blend until smooth.
