Hello World; It’s Me Coach Rebecca

I like protein shakes, tequila, kale and pizza, going to bed early and hanging with friends until sunrise. I’m an Outgoing, Straight Talking wife, mom and business woman; that has a Big Mouth and an even Bigger Heart.

For most of my life I labeled my choices as either ‘healthy’ or ‘unhealthy’ and criticized myself for my ‘unhealthy’ choices. Trying to stick to the list of rules that made up my unrealistic idea of what healthy was and it eventually took a toll on my mine & body.  I was running on that human treadmill many of you are familiar with and let’s just say it was killing me. 

I’ve been fascinated with Nutrition and Exercise Science throughout my life but after over 20 years in a stressful Corporate Career I finally made the life changing leap of faith to take that Passion for Health and Wellness and share that experience and education with others struggling to find Balance in their own health journey.

Over the last 5 years working One on One with clients I’ve helped 100’s of clients across the US to lose weigh, gain weight, gain muscle, gain confidence, gain balance and find a new way to love themselves. I would say I’m Coach, Friend, Cheerleader with a dash of Therapist (minus the degree in psychology) 

My goal as a Health Coach & Nutritionist is to support my clients in finding their own unique version of balance.

Feed Your Body Fit is designed to support individuals through a powerful curriculum that will uncover imbalances in areas such as nutrition, physical activity, career, relationships and sense of purpose.  Throughout the program, individuals will be given personalized recommendations that will empower them to restore balance, release limiting beliefs and make long-lasting changes that will help them reach their goals!
